All of our homes are covered by either the National Housing Building Council’s or the Local Authority Building Council’s 10 Year Buildmark Warranty, to guarantee you total peace of mind when you buy a new Horgan home.
As a housebuilder, Horgan Homes is held in great esteem by such parties due to our outstanding build quality and it is unlikely that there will be anything wrong with your home.
However in the unlikely event that something does occur these warranties are comprehensive and will cover any structural or other serious defects occurring in, for example, foundations, roof and other structural areas so you are rest assured that your purchase is in safe hands.
